Services Design Solution has extensive experience of Commercial developments throughout the south of England.

These range from mixed use developments to corporate HQ buildings for National Companies and Government departments. We bring added worth to the design process with our experience of value engineering gained through our track record in Project Management.

Our team are able to carry out preliminary Category A shell and core, and Category B fit out requirements either as individual contracts or as a seamless continuous process.

We are experienced in the design of catering facilities, cellular offices, break out areas, gymnasiums, external and internal feature lighting and reception facilities which are often required in new office facilities.

A number of commercial developments have been designed which range from naturally ventilated incorporating automatic window openers to fully air conditioned spaces.

We are fully conversant with the requirements of the Building Regulations Part L2 and employ thermal modelling to assess internal conditions and limiting solar gains required under the new regulations

The Company is fully committed to reducing CO2 emissions and will encourage the use of renewables and low carbon emission designs to reduce energy where budgets allow. We are experienced in rainwater recovery, Solar heating, Bio mass heating, ground/air source heating, wind power and passive cooling designs as well as energy reduction through sound engineering practice.
