Services Design Solution has extensive experience in the design of services for the education sector. These range from classroom extensions to new schools and colleges. Clients include Exeter University, The Diocese of Exeter C of E schools, Exeter College. These include classrooms, art blocks, photographic studios, engineering facilities, accommodation blocks, laboratories and construction studies centres. We employ thermal modelling techniques to ensure compliance with the requirements of BB87 Environmental Design in Schools. This enables us to liaise with other members of the design team to ensure that the building is developed in an integrated way to ensure comfort conditions for pupils and staff, whilst reducing the complexity of the services.
