This is a complete solution for the thermal simulation of new or existing buildings, allowing design professionals to compare alternative heating/cooling strategies and façade design for comfort, equipment sizing, energy demand and Part L2.

Models are used to establish the internal conditions of naturally and mechanically ventilated spaces as required in the Building Regulations Part L2. In addition models are used to ensure that the building envelope is designed to reduce solar gain and improve energy efficiency.

Compliance with CO2 emission requirements (target emission rates) for developments is carried out to ensure that the buildings meet current requirements.
